Education website design

We are looking to have an educational website designed on a Joomla platform. We already have a server and domain name (Access to this will be provided upon the start of this project). What we require: A website template designed to fully function on the internet and the ability to update content regularly. Pages required (8 pages): - Main page (Public): Will require an embedded YouTube video - Main page (Logged in) - Sign up page (PayPal payment ability required on this) - Lessons page (Public) - Lessons page (Logged in) - Dictionary page (Logged in) - Profile page (Logged in) - About us page (Public) Website layout: - For Main page (Public) layout please refer to the attached file 'Simbie - Main Page (Public).png': In the middle of this page, there will be content displayed in a rectangular block. In this block, there will be 3 steps (Step 1, Step 2, Step 3). Each Step will contain a picture and text that is linked to the Lessons page (Public). - For Logged In pages only, the template should be designed with the page on the left side of the screen with a thin right column. - A sitemap is required at the bottom of each page (FaceBook, Twitter and YouTube links required) Font and Color scheme: - Variation of blue, white and grey (schemes that work well with the colors within our logo - attached) - The color scheme should not be too distracting to the eyes - Font should be in Arial Attachments: - Find attached the Main page (Public) design that we would like (Used as a guide ONLY) - Find attached our company logo in different sizes to put on to the website (Company name: Simbie) Samples: - 2 sample templates to be provided (Please bid with this in consideration)
