Enhance Our Website with Credit Card acceptance, Mobile compatability, etc

Our existing website has 5 pages. I need someone to make the following enhancements to it: * Make it look very professional, yet simple and easy to use * Allow people to pay us using their credit card. Connect us to a third-party merchant services. * Allow people to create an account with us with only two inputs, email id and password * Make sure this site looks ok on a smart phone We already have a working website with a company logo, and PHP forms for people to place orders with us via email. We now want to enhance it this site so that people can place orders automatically from the website by entering their credit card details. We are looking for fast turn-arounds and someone that can talk with us during US times. Past experience in building simple yet professional looking websites, and in taking credit cards is essential.
