Project Description

I have a directory website built in Joomla. It is using the Joomd component for the directory, with some modification to the component.

I am having a problem in Internet Explorer 8 (probably other versions as well) with the browser back button when POST data is used. To see the error follow this process:

- using Internet Explorer 8 go to site: ohiosourcebook [dot] com

- In the "Find member by member name:" box type 't' and click search

- click on one of the "more info" boxes

- click on the browser's back button

You will get the error:

Webpage has expired

Most likely cause:

•The local copy ......... etc

This error is being caused by $_POST data from the search form. IE will not allow the POST data to refresh in case the user is trying to submit a payment form or something similar. This is not a problem with the initial component, it was introduced when modification was made to the search portion of the component. I need to fix this so that IE displays the previous list of search results. It works fine in Chrome and should work like this in IE.
