Flash Designer and Developer needed - ( URGENT )

Design Work Part ______________ 1. A professional website done for real estates. Site should be in flash. 2. The screenshots are just a structure 3. The house on the Footer should look like an average house from Europe not from US. 4. The "For sale" should popup from down via flash and on the left corner a red box lightening with red colour "just for 99$" 5. Under the footer there should be two big buttons (sell/rent) with different colours like added on screenshot as example. 6. Under these 2 banners there is a big field where I can enter the salesletter. I will be able to add as many sites as I want to the salesletter. It will from site 1 to 2 to 3 etc. 7. Under that salesletter is a big register now link 8. Under these there will be a string with all logos from our cooperationspartner which will move. I will be able to add unlimited images from cooperration partners 9. At top right site there will be a small login and register button. Backend Work Part ________________ 1. Create register page where people have to enter firstname, lastname, email. 2. After registration/login they go to the memberarea which should look nice and where they can see their history of purchase and if its done or not and where people have to fill out information about their real estate which I will provide to the winner. They need to be able to add a text and after saving all it should be stored into a database. 3. There should be a button on the member area which shows if work is done or not. It will get this info from the database. 4. After entering their info and saving they will be redirected to a page with the cost where they click pay now.
