Too many projects are posted on here by employers with unclear instruction, not enough information and with little written on the key points / expectations.
Too many Freelancers just fire off generic responses / replies without actually fully reading the jobs.
If I have left anything out of the description, please do ask before bidding.
If you reply with anything looking generic ... if you have not done anything similar to this before or if you have a low completion rate... you won't stand a chance of getting this job.
All aspects of the job described are equally important and not just written for fun. I am pretty easy going and like to think I communicate well. I am open to suggestions because if I knew more about this... I would be doing it myself somehow. So I do value your ideas.
Check my reviews out... I pay in a heartbeat of completion. This job will be the same, but broken up into probably 3 milestones.
I need a website built.
It needs to be built, loaded onto my hosting and a comprehensive set of instructions given to me so I can administer the back end of it all....
The website will be FULLY automated. It is a site I will direct the general public to who are looking for trades and services. ( e.g. plumbing, electrical work, gardening etc ). The website will be offering 3 free quotes to anyone who wants quotes for a job. The customer will be able to select a trade they are seeking ( drop down menu? ), post the job location via city / suburb, nominate from 3 or 4 check boxes the time frame for the job to start, enter their name and contact details. When they press submit... the website will match all of the above to 3 trades people who have registered to receive leads for jobs in their profession. One enquiry for 3 quotes will obviously be forwarded to 3 trades people. These tradespeople who are registered would have done so with credit card details. The credit card will be debited and then the details of the job and who it is for etc, will be sent via email to the trades person. The trades person would have selected how many leads they want a week or month, what city /suburbs they want to service, etc and how far 'out' they want to quote on jobs ( 1 week, 1 month etc)
It must look SLICK and PROFESSIONAL. Everything automatic. e.g. If a trades person credit card does not process... they don't get the lead and the website will select a replacement trades person that 'fits' . The trades person who missed out on the lead, will get an email advising them they missed out on a lead due to their credit card being 'maxed out'
All the usual obvious things apply. e.g. A terms and conditions that both the customer and trades person my tick to accept.
I can supply you with 2 examples of actual websites currently operating. One is EXACTLY what I want ( and I mean 100% exactly what I want ).... and the 2nd is definitely not what I want.
I have put a stupidly wide min and max price as I have no idea how much this will cost. I have an idea of what I would like to pay however. Bid without fear! I doubt neither the highest nor the lowest bidder will get the job.
