497764 Group Deal Clone Customization - Agriya / Cake PHP / Graphic

I am getting Agriya GroupDeal (Groupon / Living Social Clone). I need a highly experienced programmer and graphics designer, to design a new template/looks and integrate it into agriya's GroupDeal. Agriya Group Deal is based on CakePHP 1.2 framework which has an MVC architecture. Need website design, mobile version designed, matching email templates and all integrated. Also want a new option/tab for Recent or Past Deals to display expired deals with a little banner saying "You Missed It" Web Template/website MUST be compatible with all internet browsers. Email templates must integrate with Agriya and Mail Chimp, and must pass all filters of email providers. Thank you!
