I have a splash page I need done in html5. It is flash but it MUST be able to load on ipad, iphone and all other mobile devices. I've been told flash will only work on that platform if it's done in html 5 is this correct? Here is what I need done...
The splash page is to [url removed, login to view] . The site ([url removed, login to view] will stay, just the splash page work is needed right now).
Here is the photoshop file, I made it as clean and clear as possible.
[url removed, login to view]
Also I attached a .jpg. I'd like the different countries to light up when highlighted (under region). So when the mouse is over australia, australia is highlighted, when the mouse is over Asia then the country Asia is highlighted etc. (you will see in the photoshop file).
Also on the "Browse photography" section when the mouse hovers over the number 1, id like photo 1 to show, when the mouse hovers over photo 2, then photo 2 to show etc.
I'd like the last button that was hovered over to stay rather then reverting back to the original image when the user takes the mouse off of the button. Currently on [url removed, login to view] the word is under lined when the mouse is hovering over it but as soon as the mouse is taken off the under line goes away. It would be cool if the last button that was hovered over stayed until the user hovered there mouse over one of the other buttons. So if I hover over "australia" and then take the mouse off of australia, the australia button stays lit up. Then if I move the mouse over to asia, asia will light up. Same thing with the photography section, if the mouse is over photo 1 it stays on photo 1 until the mouse is hovered over one of the other photos.
Also, I need to be able to switch images out easily on the server (I can swap out an image on the server with the same name "photo1" and the new image will be replaced with the old one).
Let me know if you can do this and what the cost/turn around time would be. Let me know if there are any questions or mis understandings about what I need done.
