Project Description

My website is already running without errors (OpenCart) at [url removed, login to view]

I need a automated tool to import the file: [url removed, login to view]

into my OpenCart 1.5.4 website automatically. At the moment this txt file is updated every 2 hours .

in each line (example: 1: Abuna's Chant(5DN) sell price:[url removed, login to view] buy price:[url removed, login to view] coll:12 need:0)

I need the name (Abuna's Chant)

Category (5DN)

Sell price ([url removed, login to view])

current stock (12)

to be automatically imported/updated into the website every 2 hours.

I would like the website to reduce the stock if something is purchased, like going from 12 to 11 if someone buys something on the shop until a new txt file is uploaded.

I also would like the ability to manually edit those products, by adding descriptions/images and these not being affected by the updating of stock/prices from the txt file.

I would like to be able to rename the categories in the website (such as 5nd = Fifth Edition) so all cards with 5ND on txt file will be in the Category "Fifth edition).

At the moment this text file is being uploaded/updated/replaced to the FTP automatically every 2 hours.

This is a complex job but may be simple for you.

I will require live communication with the developer while the website is being updated. ( Skype preferred)

Please note that this is a list of about [url removed, login to view] products, (and 200 new every 3 months) so i need a automated way to import.

I also have a Extra field on the registration page and would like a way to get them to show in the orders page (at the moment I need to go to database to see this extra field data).

Be specific on how you want to do it and if it will require manual maintenance from me.

I prefer answers with what it can be done and how it can be achieved than spam messages with 100 websites (half of them dead) and saying "lets start now" as these look a bit like a scam to me.

This job is likely to lead to more small webdesign/upgrades on the future.
