Project Description

I am looking to have a website to be designed and created using Joomla. It must be fully responsive and/or mobile/tablet ready, cross browser compatible using HTML5/CSS3 or bootstrap etc, using a clean, minimalistic light design.
The use of predesigned club extensions would be acceptable, these must be specified and we will purchase the relevant subscription from the provider. You must specify any templates or extensions you plan to use.
No core hacks will be accepted, standard MVC component over rides can be used.
Consideration of multi language support is required for future site expansion.

Site Purpose
Key function of the site is to allow users (photographers) to register on the site, so that they can create albums and manage the portfolio of their images whilst providing copyright protection to prevent images from being copied and saved directly from the browser.
Site visitors can then search and view images and provide comments and ratings on the images available.

Primary functions of the site to include:

User Registration
The site needs to be setup to provide free and/or chargeable registration types with payment being handled by PayPal. An additional component could be used to handle the subscription/payment gateways. Chargeable subscription durations and cost need to be adjustable and a terms and conditions option needs to be provided. Components such as Akeeba Subs would be considered.
Users must first register to create photo albums from the frontend using core functions.
Users need to have an option in their user account to define copyright information, either by a text box so they can enter custom terms, or by selection of standard image copyright statements.

User Album Creation
Users create albums from the front end that must include title, description, album tags and provide ability to upload single, multiple or zip of images. User should have options to add a watermark to all images either by text or by image upload. Max upload file size must be set by super admin. Ability to add custom fields to be displayed needs to be made available to the super admin
Images need to be resized by the system to size set up by super admin.
EXIF data needs to be read from each image and stored in the database.

Album Display
Album and images data need to be editable by the user on the front end.
Albums displayed on front end need to display a large size image with a thumbnail slider of other images in that album underneath.

Image Display
Clicking the large image to open an image page which displays the images title and any other data from custom field that may have been added. Additional data to display include the EXIF data from the image and social sharing links for Facebook, Pinterest, Google +, Twitter and other major sites.
Image rating facility needs to be included, this must allow only one rating per visitor on each image.
Total image rating display required.

In all cases, image protection must be used to prevent right click copy/save and direct image folder access.

Image Comments
Comments to be added to the image page and could be handled by components such as Komento, Disqus, this MUST include ability reCaptcha or similar capability.
Comment management must be made available to edit/delete/block comments.

Image Search
Capability to search albums, authors, images and tag need to be made available

Module Display
The following modules need to be considered, they must allow standard editable options such as tiles, position, menu assignments etc.
Image tag cloud
Image Search
Related album/image based on tags
Login/Register
User Image data module, to display # of albums/images/tags/image ratings/social shares they have.
Any other required module.
