Project Description

I require a fully fledged Joomla theme and website to be developed, based on layered PSD files that will be supplied upon awarding the job. The entire website MUST be built in Joomla with a backend to the slideshow to add/edit entries.

The main site is a 1 page scrolling website that upon clicking of the navigation panel will require the scrolling to slow down to each section using jQuery.
Use of an additional scroller for the main collection of images (slide show/portfolio section) will also need to be developed along with an admin panel to handle the multiple slideshows and allow me to add further work in the future.

A separate blog page that has already been designed (and will be supplied as a layered PSD file) will also need to be built, allowing me to regularly post new blogs (including images).

I pay promptly and have an excellent rating on vWorker (now Freelancer ) but please note that due to recent bad experiences with freelancers on here in the past I am unwilling to pay any money up front until I have received the finished project. Please rest assured that all money will be transfered as soon as sin-off has been completed.

I am a professional Graphic Designer and all existing artwork is therefore highly organised and easy to navigate. I have also attached a Microsoft Word doc with this post that includes full and detailed instructions. This document is intended for you to download and get a better understanding of what exactly I am looking for, so please read it before bidding.

Kind regards,
