Joomla VirtueMart Integration and Customization

We require customizations to a new Joomla 2.5 + VirtueMart 2.x installation of a template that has been already decided. Integration & Customizations as follows: 1) Integrate Subscription extension/module (Yet to be decided- ordasoft SimpleMembership?) 2) Add subscription as an option to products purchased. Also for a subscriber add products pertaining to the subscription. 3) Integrate with joomla help desk extension/module (Yet to be decided – foobla obHelpDesk? ) 4) Backend VirtueMart enhancements module (Yet to be decided- Joomlaworks k2mart?) 5) CDN plugin install (Yet to be decided- NoNumber CDNforJoomla) 6) Incorporate external data to show into module positions (MAX- 5) 7) Basic setup: Products (sample max-5 products and 4 subscriptions), payment configuration paypal & [login to view URL], email setup, Main Menu options, and landing page setup (module postions, graphics etc). 8) Verify and make sure Joomla/VM and all extensions are in working order. We need EXPERT who worked with PHP, CSS and html programming, VirtueMart 2.x and Joomla 2.5.x extensively. Please include your work and links with your response.
