Loyalty Services Limited (LSL's) is a New Zealand based loyalty services provider. We currently run our loyalty programmes over the NZ Eftpos network using our own Issuer Identification Number (IIN) on our range of loyalty products. We have our own propriety database called Fidelis which has connectivity to the Eftpos network. This allows us to deliver real - time verifications, recording of transactions and real-time loyalty rewards to both our clients and inturn their customers.

Currently we are developing a web-based loyalty product called Loyalty Connect (LC). LC allows clients to build and manage their own loyalty programme online. We are looking for designers to work with us and our team of developers to develop and deliver Loyalty Connect V1.0 to the market place.

LC will have four major components

Merchant / Customer Registration Pages

The merchant registration page allows merchants to register their business details and select the details of their LC programme. This information will be submitted to LSL for verification and if correct it will be uploaded into our database and the Paymark system. The merchants programme is then ready to be launched. Registered merchants will then have access to their merchant dashboard.

The customer registration page allows customers to register their loyalty cards with their personal details. Once registered the customer will then have access to their customer dashboard.

Merchant Dashboard

Once the merchant has launched their programme and customer transactions start flowing through the merchant can then log onto their dashboard. The merchant dashboard allows merchants to view and manage the following:

Merchant Profile – View and edit their contact details and order loyalty cards

View their registered customer statistics

View their daily transactions statistics

View their monthly transaction statistics

Customer Database - add,edit import/export customer databases

Reporting - Merchants can run a selection of reports on their customers and transactions for a selected time period

Linked Customer Registration Page – Merchants can edit the terms and condition and FAQ’s of their programme and add any news they may want to share with their customers

Customer Dashboard

Every registered merchant will have an associated registration page for their customers to register their card number with their details.

Once customers have registered their card they can log in to their customer dashboard and view the following

- Customer profile

- Current rewards points balance

- Recent transactions

- Merchant news

The brief is to design a modern, innovative, simple website that incorporates the above components and their [url removed, login to view] will work with you to ensure that there is successful connectivity to our database and web services. Attached is a wire-frame lay-out of the proposed LC website. Its purpose is to assist with helping to understanding the work flow and functionality of the Loyalty Connect concept. The design of the website does not have to reflect the wire-frame format.
