hi, i want an application installed on my website which will receive and process MMS from mobile phones. It's a contest where individuals take pictures with their mobile phones and send them as MMS to a given number or shortcode. the website processes it, posting all pictures in the oder they arrive. the administrators can vote by awarding marks and the ones with the highest marks are fowarded to another web page for final voting by public.
