478375 Magento Skin/Design

I already have a Magento site with a design template installed and up and running. I am looking for a designer who knows Magento and can make changes like background, font color changes, button and logo changes, AND move the menu from right to left side of page. We will consider picking a bid who can give us a mock-up of the page.
