Project Description

The website I would like have built is a website where a manager or teacher of any teaching niche industry can access a personal platform where they can keep track of their students, lessons, appointments, billing, notifications and send off automated emails.

Website Features needed:
-Keep track of teachers availability for appointments
-Live calendar
-Track lesson progress with ability to add notes.
-Automatic invoicing
-Send mass emails
-Assign "to-do" items
-Track studio finances and have the ability to print financial reports for tax purposes
-Ability for a user to setup their personal online payment portal so their students can pay for their lessons via credit card, check or mark as COD.
-Multiple user names and passwords for managers, teachers and students with the ability to limit the access of information to each.
-Ability to have an account setup for a studio manager where they can manage the teacher accounts under them and the ability to have an account setup for a teacher where they can manage all their students under them.

Some examples of websites that have been created that have included similar features are provided in the word file attached. These examples are meant to help the winning bidder understand the full scope of the type of website to be built. These websites contain management/scheduler type software that has been integrated into the websites. There maybe scripts available for this type of site but I would not know.

I would like a website built in a similar fashion without violating any intellectual property rights.
