Project Description

I would like you to build a map based real estate portal such as [url removed, login to view] or land.naver.com. I'd like the website to use Google Maps as the map source and as such programming experience with Google Maps API is highly desirable.

Users should be able to easily click through and zoom from the country to the regional, city, local block level. The map will display either all properties in the database, or properties that match the user's search criteria. Hovering over an icon should display summary information about the property and clicking on it will take the user to the property detail page. Users can login and highlight properties for later.

Agents/owners should be able to make accounts and list properties on their own. When an agent goes to list a property, they will be presented with a map. The agent can search and drill down and finally click on a location to lock in the property location. After the location is selected, the agent will be presented with a form to fill in property details, upload images, and floor plans. Agents should also be able to get a personalized URL that will only list their properties. Each property and agent will have a section for Facebook comments.

Part 2 of the portal includes mobile access from dedicated iOS and Android Apps. Users should be able to locate themselves and find properties listed nearby, or search for properties in a different location. Please quote price for the website and mobile apps separately.

The website should be clean, fast, [url removed, login to view] compliant, and SEO optimized.
