Project Description

Hi there,

I have been given a unique opportunity to present my idea to an investor in form of a functional demo website (5-10 pages max). Now I require a beautiful, intuitive yet minimal CMS/admin panel design (icloud/apple interface comes to mind). I would like to discuss in greater detailed via skype with potential freelancers as this is a unique opportunity to me. But below is the detailed breakdown of the business, what is does and what I require

What is the business

Activate specialise in management features in Property, Asset, facilities and invoicing. We give contractors and businesses the clean, transparent and intuitive way of communicating and placing work orders, without all the hassle of tendering and being locked down to large contracts. In essence with activate you only pay for what you need/use.

What I require.

I require a beautiful design in an admin panel/CMS'esk style with simplicity and intuitive in mind.

SO what pages have they requested from me if hear you ask?

I need the homepage/dashboard with all the feature (Property, Asset, Facilities, Invoicing) buttons there. Here is some room for creativeness.

I need the property main page that will essentially have a drag n drop file up load feature on there with a twist. For each file that is going to be uploaded, it need to be able to have a property assigned to is via a dropdown menu and they cant upload it until they have assigned it. The files will only be documents so I need preview icons representing the files (pdf, doc, ppt, xls). Once the user have uploaded the documents, they need to be presented within a table below the file upload widget. Again here is some room for creativity here as long as the styles matches.

I then need a work order request form which with have A dropdown of the properties, issue subcategory and urgency on there and date (using some form calendering input script). This in turn will link to a stylish calendar which will show a breakdown of the orders (month, week and day view).

Another page for when you click into the order via the calendar, it shows the order details (including a google map of the store on there)

I then require a page which will contain a form that will be for planned orders where you can add in a table view as view or as many words orders and have a button on there that says save. this in turn will then link to the work order calendar (the same one as above).

So what are my requirements for this project?

Must accept NDA.

Must NOT use any pre-build CMS (wordpress, joomla, drupal etc)

Must use twitter bootstrap framework for styling (can be a template but must tell me so I can purchase it for you)

Must be fully functional but not need any detailed building just basic functionality (Ie doesnt need any serious authentication etc) as this is only a demo

Must know jquery, php (would prefere codeigniter knowledge but not too fussed), and be damn good and graphic design.

Must be fluent in English

Have samples of other project or a portfolio for me to view

Time period on the project?

3-5 days from initial agreement on design

What happens if you accept my proposal?

Well if I accept we will discuss at length the details and I expect some leeway on re-visioning. Once the final product is accepted and the investor agrees to it you will have first rights to become head designer for the project.

I agree to not resell the design or to use this demo site for any other purpose than the one stated. I also give the permission after the presentation to the investor has occurred that the demo can be used for your own uses (portfolio etc).

Please bear in mind that this in only a demo with a serious opportunity to a bigger project! so consider this during your proposal

Looking forward to your proposal
