Project Description

Our website files have been transferred from one hosting service to another and is prepared to go live on the other hosting site once this project is completed. One of the sections of this site needs to be reconstructed.

You will be expected to:

Create privileges for 3 levels of users to access the careers section of the site.

Providing the administrator account with the ability to create level 2 users.

Create a wizard that will allow management users (Levels 1 and 2) to create templates, and job postings based either on these templates or creating a one-time job posting. In this wizard there needs to be a drop down calendar to select an expiry date for the posting.

Create an interface for 3rd level users (job seekers on the web site). They need to be able register through the login portal and apply to job postings(posted by management level users) by filling out an online application form(sample on the current site) and/or submit a resume for a particular posting.

Create an "attach file" function so the 3rd level user can attach a resume. The application and/or resume should automatically be sent to the management level user that originally posted the job (and / or any other level 1 or 2 management users – more than one person may need to receive the resume)

The interface created to support the above elements/functions should be very easy to use for non-knowledgeable users.

Please iterate in your bid how you intend to accomplish this project, and what method you will use.

Only candidates who indicate in their bid that they have fully read these specifications by reiterating some of these requirements will be considered in order to eliminate auto-bidders. Current site is at [url removed, login to view]
