This project require coding in php, mysql,webdesign and graphic design. Basically the frontend shall look like a newspaper with featured articles,videos and ads (google ads or similar) on the front page. There schould be a paid area that the subscibers can login to. The site must also be able to translate into different languages. When a person sign up it must be valitaded that the person is using a correct e-mail adress and use paypal to pay for subscription

The backend or admin part, there must be a area where journalist can login and upload pictures, set the text that will be under the pictures / videos and type in the text that will be formated by the system to the correct css style used, and set the pictures correct in the text. So as an example, headline, byline and main story. The pictures and video will be formatted correctly by the system so it will fit the layout. And set the time for publishing.

When logged in as the administrator, the administrator can add categories, remove categories, proofreading a story before publishing, send e-mail to journalist, aprove a person to be a journalist or reverse the function for a person, set the paypal adress, paste the codes from e.g google ads. Turn on and off subscription option. There must also be an option to send a pressrelease or a word document to a certain e-mail adress, set by the administrator in the backend, to read that document and publish it into the database for approving by the administrator.

There must also be easy to incorp. new modules and functions without have to rewrite the code.
