Non-Profit Organization Website

I want it similar with these: [login to view URL] [login to view URL] I need five main factors to add to this website. 1) I need to add paypal so it could accept donation. 2) Want to add mailing list. I need to have database to keep all the email address for future newsletters by email 3) I need contact form. I want to keep the entire request or comments saved as log in the database. 4) I need request form. For example, someone needs to register an event or support the event. 5) Need photo gallery. I need it to able to load up quickly and less time. I need it only in PHP and mySQL database. If you have any questions, let me know.
