One page websites - long term project to make one page sites

Job 1. Please do not contact me offering me services that I have not asked for such as SEO etc etc. I need someone long term. You will use a template provided by me - please see example in file attached. This is the kind of template that I will send you. You then need to change the text for the text that I provide. Then upload the site to my hosting account. Obviously you need to change the text, photo, email on the site aswell as the text as every customer will be someone different. The contact form need to work aswell of course. Everything you see on the attached file is what you need to provide me. When you do the first one it will take maybe 2 -4 hours. However, when you start doing 5 or 6 of these sites per day then the time taken will be alot less. I need someone who is flexible and can cope with a new template. All templates will be simple as the one in the attached file. I need someone / or company who has already got good feedback for a long term project. To be considered for this job you need to provide me with a fixed price per website. I would do this myself but I dont have time - and I would rather generate more business. Job 2. See attached file for template, it might not be this one so remember this when you bid. It is a webdesign/seo website. I will provide text etc. You need to get the site live. Pages - home page, about us, services, portfolio, contact etc/ Not many pages - just a template from dreamtemplates or monster world and you just need to get this live. The portfolio will contain websites that I have designed and these will need to be contained in the portfolio. The site needs to work fully. I will choose the template and let you see before any bid is finalised. Bidding - Please bid for one or both projects as they are linked. Job 1 - you must bid a fixed price per template website you make for me. Remember its a 1 page site. Job 2 - main website, will contain more pages and more work, needs to incorporate everything on the template and everyting must work, sitemap, privacy etc text will ALL be provided - so you just need to pull everything together and do your clever work. Bid a fixed price for this one off project. Obviously nothing can go wrong with this project. You get clear instructions and you make the website. I cannot say to you - oooooh, I dont like the design because I chose the design. If everything works, you finish and I pay you. Thats why this is simple - I hope the first time everything works and this is a very quick project. Once the site is live your work is done. I prefer someone who is very fluent in English. Particular preference will go to Chinese, Filipino and Indian developers in that order. My current little team of Freelancers are mostly Filipino and I prefer someone who is fluent in English and works hard and pays attention to detail. One final note would be the following: In my whole 32 years of living in this world I have never messed anyone around. I am honest and truthful and work very hard. I reply to emails and always pay on time or before work is completed sometimes. I sometimes pay more than the agreed price in the hope of building up a lasting relationship. If I can do this then I expect someone to work the same way as me. I would love to work with someone who appreciates loyalty and has the ambition to work hard and generate a better income for themselves. The bottom line is that this is a very simple job and will be very long term work. The amount of work you do will depend on you yourself. I am hoping to be making around 20 sites per day and hope I can cope with just two full time people. To start with I need a per site for Job 1 and a fixed price for Job 2.
