Looking for an e-learning program to be developed which will include all requirements to upload program content, streaming video, play audio, an ability to conduct exams, an ability to store assessment information and print out records of exams, an ability to obtain feed back and rate program effectiveness, ability to conduct surveys and requires a login and password for each individual completing the program. The program must also have an ability to print workbooks and refference material. Project will need to be completed within 30 days with all designs original and all development must be custom - no 3rd party intergration allowed. An example would be that similar to [login to view URL] or if you have examples of e-learning sites please advise.
