I am the Senior Web Developer for a start-up web design/development company for Medical Practice Specialists, a company that helps medical professionals to improve their website and online presence, as well as their improving their local business operations.
With our current workload, we need an additional part-time developer to help with plugin development and overall site maintenance/upgrades.
The majority of our websites utilize Subdreamer CMS, which we would like to continue to use for its ease of use for our content writers.
We are looking for someone that has any level of PHP knowledge to apply. Building plugins for the CMS that we use is very easy to learn if you have a good understanding of PHP, and can be explained to applicants that we interview.
PHP (up to version 5.2.1) - You must know how to code with the Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) structure. If you have basic knowledge of coding classes and functions, we urge you to apply!
MySQL - You must know the coding syntax for creating/updating/deleting tables and table rows.
cPanel - You must know how to navigate through a cPanel.
HTML - You must know how to code table-less layouts, utilizing div code and only using tables when needed for tabular data.
Our budget is not incredibly high, but we will try our best to accommodate your financial needs. This position will start as part time, but can become full-time in the future.
