Pest Control Website (Reposted: Please Rebid)

I have to repost my entire project, and get bids again. If any of you remember me I am looking to have a website build like "Steves" and if we have talked before, you know what I am talking about. Please rebid. Freelancer, changed my user name to a user name that has a special character that would not allow me to log back into my website to receive your messages. If you submitted a mock up, or samples, please resend what you have made. I do appreciate it. For any new comers.. I need a simple 1 or 2 page build, photoshop background, neon green, insects in the background, and a few other things. It's a pest control website, google around to view layouts, I need something to get my name out. I'm including my logo to help you in deciding what kind of page I'll need. Please don't tell me my logo looks cheap, or unprofessional. I like it the way it is.
