I have just started a web-design company and due to my work load it is hard for me to get this done before the deadline. June 15th. I am a master computer science student and I know multiple programming languages. I am looking to building a long term relationship with a skilled and fair freelancer. There is a lot more work for you not only on this project but more to come. I would be glad to have you as a part of my team.
I need a professional website built in html 5 and css 3. The design for the website is attached and I want it to look exactly the same in all the browsers.
The website need to be responsive "% based". All your code must pass w3C standards. Please also don't use irrelevant tags just to pass the W3C standards. I am a web-designer myself and I will look at your code to make sure that you have used all the tags appropriately. If anything I would prefer that your code is well written and very readable instead of forcing it to pass w3c standards. To help with readability your code must be commented appropriately. Of course I don't want you to comment everything, just use your own logic.
Also to help with the readability I would prefer that you use php for the common areas ex -- header and footer and both the menus. Top right side of the website has page fold effect. Please don't just put a picture there. Use this Jquery plugin. [url removed, login to view]
There are some areas for image slider and html calendar. Don't worry about that. Just use the pictures provided but make sure that you wrap it in div so the sliders or calendar code can be placed later on. Some of the images overlap and some are transparent. Please don't just copy them as a whole. I want you to use css properties for that. Ex use opacity for see through backgrounds..
Once again here is the quick list of all the requirements.
1. Responsive % based
2. Pass W3C standards
3. Use relevant tags
4. Code must be commented out
5. Use php for common areas
6. Use the Provided Jquery plugin for the page fold effect
7. Don't just copy and paste layered images. Use css techniques.
8. wrap areas for slider and calendar into div tags to be later expanded
9. Both css and html must optimize global variables so there is not 1000 lines of code. Css must be fully optimized
10. Be sure to test for I.E and have I.E specific style sheet.
11. No inline css whatsoever
12. Place your jQuery functions in separate files and name them accordingly.
13. Don't leave tags empty for pictures and other html elements.
Once again -- Please first of all Only bid if you are a professional. This website will cause us both headache if you are a newbie or an amateur.
Ok-- Now lets talk about the payment.
I have very limited budget for this project but I am not compromising quality for the price.
Don't ask for milestone bigger than $100. At this point i don't have all the funds but as we keep going I can make milestone payments.
First Milestone ---> $100 --- Project Beginning
2nd Milestone ----> your bid amount / % project completed
3rd Milestone ----> Remaining payment.
