Project Description

No existing frameworks should be used with this.

We are looking for a designer to create a training session CMS. The general goal of this project is to create a site where we will be able to point to a location of a SWF / html5 export (from adobe captivate) and the system will select which to show based on the browser support. Then at the conclusion of the video they will be presented with a set of questions. If they reach a pre-defined score at the end of the questions then they will be granted a passing grade, a PDF certificate dynamically generated, and an email sent off to both the account owner and the participant. The questions should be presented in a random order from a question bank with a set number of questions given for each quiz. The quiz will save the total time taken.

The primary account owner will need the ability to set email preferences to individual emails, daily, or weekly summaries of quiz results for people under them.

We will need the ability to have multiple video and question sets.

The primary account login will be handled by an existing authentication system that supports both primary users and sub-users. This particular CMS will also need to create sub-accounts. This account can then be given access to a single training session or multiple. Both the primary user and the sub-user will be able to view past quiz results and certificates. To create a sub-user account the user will go to add user. At this point they will be given the option of putting in a user name and email for the email to be sent to OR they can copy and paste a unique secure URL that allows a user to register. If they use the URL option they can select how many users will be able to register for the URL.

We will also need an admin stats page showing various statistics for product usage. The admin page that manages the questions banks should should the average overall score on the entire quiz then when each question is viewed we should see the average percent correct.
