Real Estate / eCommerce Web Design & Development Project

Requirements & Preliminary Development Outline: Budget Total Project $5000-$10000 Stage 1 $1500-$3000. Please feel free to estimate hours and hourly rate. Also, Please, only bid based on the first stage of the project if you can provide the development for the entire Linear Web CMS project. This will be a continuous partnership for additional development needs based on user requirements after Initial projects are completed successfully.

This stage of the project should be completed within 30 days. This design and development have the capability of copying the programming for use with other Domain names that we own. Bidders chosen for interviewing will be given access to the current content management system [url removed, login to view]

Project 2: (Linear Web Dev), Will be a user based sign-up Site for the new CMS for third parties to create a site using our CMS with several categories styles and program levels. We want our root program to support more than just real estate websites Retail and auction style templates should also be easily created and managed .
