Project Description

Several updates are needed for this website, and if you do a good job on this project, I'll have much more work for you.

I've built this website in Dreamweaver CS6 with Templates Pages and need to be able to work with the pages after these updates have been made

I have a around 154 pages that need an adjustment to a java script call at the bottom of the page
Example page:
[url removed, login to view]

The script is located after the title:"Neighborhood Homes currently Listed for Sale:"

Current JavaScript call for Active/Contingent/Pending:

Needed JavaScript call for just Active:

Needed JavaScript call for Contingent/Pending:

Right now each of the 154 neighborhood pages displays house listings for Active/Continent/Pending homes. I want to change that so each page loads up just the Active listings and has a tab web visitors can click to see the Contingent/Pending home listings. I envision having a green tab for active listings and an orange tab for contingent/pending listings. See attached picture: [url removed, login to view]

This and 4 other pages need the PRICE, NEIGHBORHOOD and YEAR BUILT columns to sort-able.
[url removed, login to view]
This cannot be at the expense of any on-page SEO penalties, and needs to east for me to edit and add to the tables in the future.

Right now this page:[url removed, login to view] has a link at the bottom that goes to this page:
[url removed, login to view] I want to change that so there is a response box built in at the bottom of this page:[url removed, login to view] The Responce box and will only ask for:
Name
Property address
email address
Phone # (optional)

This page: [url removed, login to view]
Shows the text: "Cary/Raleigh Real Estate Blog" on wide monitors, or low zoom factors. I don't want this to be displayed, but I do want to keep the tittle of the Blog for SEO reasons. Probably jsut needs to be scooted over further to the left
