Looking for a website the catches the attention of the client. Need a site that pops and is very professional and classy, graphic and real estate pic heavy. When someone opens the site they are amazed. I want the best Real Estate site in Atlanta. Scorpion marketing in the US does a great job on their sites and would like something similar if not better in terms of look, balance, etc. Do not want a cheap template looking site. Need to implement IDX tools, videos, high ranking on google for Atlanta area real estate. Need to be able to have access to my designer. Need to feel like the person that I work with is on my team and not out to run up the bill every time I want to tweak the site. Need to implement a blog, IDX tool, ability to load forms on the site that clients can fill out and then I get an email after they have completed a "registration" form. Want a site that does not look like a template. Tight budget. Also if possible, I need to be able to tweak the site myself through some type of user friendly editing tool that gives me the ability to enter my own content from time to time. Would like to have unlimited amount of pages. Not saying I will use them all, but it seems like these cookie cutter website design services offer 5 pages and then charge for additional pages, crazy.
I'm picturing light blue, grey, white, cool color scheme. Want pics of happy families, beautiful Atlanta area homes, tag lines as these images scroll in some type of image sideshow. Need areas that captures peoples info when they click on "Home Search", they see the pics of the homes first, but then in order to view them they have to register. I then get an email that they registered on my site and it tells me the price range they were searching in. also I will need to capture people who want more info on Short Sales. A large portion of my business will be selling short sales and helping people avoid foreclosure. So some type of button the landing page that prompts people to want to click on it for info on Avoiding Short Sales (Avoid Foreclosure). It then captures their info and sends it to me in an email.
Will also need basic links to Twitter, Facebook, Youtube or other common social media sites.
Will need a page dedicated to Videos. Will need an easy to Use Video page that lays out multiple Videos relating to short sales. I will ofcourse provide the video. Can't stand it when Video looks like it was thrown on a website and is not balanced or framed properlu.
As you can tell I like a well balanced fresh crisp site that looks extremely professional and screams credibility. I will need to see a detailed portfolio of other sites that you have done.
