Project Description

We would like to develop a real estate website where only companies can promote their properties.

1) administrator (can add properties, projects, can view very detailed reports about the activity of the site, history of the prices, etc)
2) companies that can also add properties, describe their properties, have access to different reports regarding their properties searches on the website and so on.

Home page (with advanced search option)
Results page (shows search option results and filtering options)
Compare page (from results page you can select a number of apartments for comparison)
Properties list
Real Estate terms (list of terms with search option)
Contact page
and probably others (not that important)

Search results can be saved in a pdf format, very nicely built.
No pictures (the properties will have no pictures) - this is our concept.
Seo friendly
Reporting system for both the site owner as for the companies showing properties (very complex reporting system, with the option of pdf save, excel, etc).
User friendly database entry module or platform.
Automated (customizable) mailing system.
City maps (with mouse over options - java script) - designed for our website, not google or anything else.
The site contains no advertising and no charging fees.

minimalist design
black, white, grey and orange.

We will select the winner based on the portfolio of similar website, with excellent design. It is of most importance for us to have a great design, even though it is minimalist. It is also important to us the delivery time. We are looking at maximum 1 month.
