Project Description

Unfortunately this is a repost of our project due to the contractor we've hired previously has ran out with our money. Please read everything carefully including our payment terms.

Applicants who uses templated message or does not address the project specification directly will be ignored.

Our budget is $[url removed, login to view] max, no up front payment. Please review [url removed, login to view] for milestone information. Milestone will be broken down to 3 phase (30% 30% and 40%). An additional $500 bonus will be provided upon satisfactory delivery of the website.

Milestone 1 - Upon project commencement, we will deposit 30% into freelancer's escrow/milestone. Once all core functionalities of the portal has been completed (refer [url removed, login to view]) including requested revisions, payment will be released

Milestone 2 - we will deposit another 30% into freelancer's escrow/milestone. Refer to [url removed, login to view] for task of milestone 2. Once all functionalities has been fulfilled including requested revisions, payment will be released.

Milestone 3 - we will deposit the final 40% into freelancer's escrow/milestone. Once the website is fully completed to our fullest satisfaction and set live, remainder funds will be released.

You must guarantee that all specification of the project will be delivered, in the event that you fail you agree to provide a full refund. We will be understanding if some functions can't be delivered or if there is problems, we will try and compromise but the success and failure of the project will be at our discretion. If the function you're unable to deliver is too important, it will mean the project will fail.

The website we would like you to create is a real estate aggregator, a near clone of [url removed, login to view] so kindly study the website very carefully.

The list of sites we would be getting information from are as follows:

[url removed, login to view]

[url removed, login to view]

[url removed, login to view]

[url removed, login to view]

[url removed, login to view]

There's a total of 5 websites, we do not have APIs from them.

Study all 5 websites carefully and let us know which consistent fields that all 5 websites have which we could use for our portal filter/search (ie, title, address, price, sqft etc) as well as what information can be extracted to be used for our portal

When user click on a listing on the portal, it will open a link in a new window linking back to the original listing. So if the listing was pulled from [url removed, login to view] then it will go back to the website and display that particular real estate listing on [url removed, login to view]

The layout will be similar to [url removed, login to view] as well, there is no need to display image now but the function needs to be there and we will enable it at later stage ourselves. The display will be like [url removed, login to view] (similar to google), title and 3-4 lines of information per listings.

Typically the display will be title, address, price, sqft, posted date, rooms, etc which does not include description but the information will also needs to be aggregated to improve keyword search. If I search for guarded community then it will display listings with the word guarded community in them. Similarly to google, see [url removed, login to view]

Website will needs to be search engine friendly and optimized with a responsive design that is fully compatible on mobile/tablets.

Do elaborate to us further on how you will be building the website. How the website and admin panel will function and how listings will be aggregated (during midnight, how long? etc)

We will be choosing the candidate in 3 days time.

Thank you for your interest.
