Website functional goal:
I am turning visitors into paying clients via a real time chat session on the website.
Once confirmation of payment then the repair, virus /malware removal occurs. The techs login to my website and when a visitor turns into a customer the techs have an opportunity to help the customer. The techs are in a rotation.

Where things get different is that this site is a hub of freelance IT techs available for remote IT services.

1.) I want to have the ability to have my IT techs be logged into my company website and receive email messages when a customer pays for service.

2.) For example, I have 3 IT techs waiting for paying customers. Each IT tech is logged into my website and can chat with the visitors if they have questions. These IT techs can work anywhere in the world and are at a PC where they are. I would like the IT techs that work for me able to be contacted by email message. The IT Techs
