Project Description

Currently, I have a company website that was hastily built using a HTML5 template. Now, it works ok but I would like a more professional, more appealing design but still also based on HTML5/CSS3. However, it needs to be able to degrade to support IE6 as well. Why? Because my business is located in China and there is still a large percentage of people using IE6. Oh, yes, the site is to be in English and Chinese (not using Google translator or machine translation as they are not accurate!) so you must be able to or have resources to help to write chinese (again, NOT using machine translation!). Therefore, I will give first consideration to anyone who can read/write chinese (simplified). The site will not simply be a company informational site. It will need to have a member's area whereby subscriber-only material will reside. I also anticipate heavy usage of jquery so you must be well-versed in jQuery and javascript as well as being able to write the site to degrade to support non-java enabled browsers. I envision a nice web 2.0 simplistic design theme. I do not mind the use of a template but if so doing, you must tell me you are doing so.

There will also be multiple type logins that must be integrated into the website: Subscriber login, User login and admin logins.
