Project Description

My Wife and I are Real Estate Agents and I personally developed and built my website, [url removed, login to view] two years ago.

I had trouble getting noticed on the web so I bought domains specific to the areas I wanted to target. For Burlingame I have www.Burlingame-Homes, for Brisbane I have www.Brisbane-Homes and so on. This has given me first page placement with Yahoo and Bing but NOT google. I have decided to try 3 WordPress sites. I have them set up: [Removed by [url removed, login to view] Admin] for the general Bay Area Real Estate. [Removed by [url removed, login to view] Admin] for Marin and [Removed by [url removed, login to view] Admin] for San Francisco. I have purchase a template called 'Pagelines' that is meant to be Drag & Drop - WYSIWYG. I also have a company caled Diverse Solutions that provides me Real Estate links to showcase listings.

You can see my current site [Removed by [url removed, login to view] Admin]
and the towns that I service. There is a Realtor in Florida with a site that I like... [url removed, login to view] This site also uses the same company as me, Diverse Solutions that provides real estate listing feed info and I can access all of the same tools.

The Marin site should be the easiest with a page showcasing 4 these towns:
Mill Valley
San Rafael
You can use info from Marin for the main page.

San Francisco should features these areas/pages:

San Francisco
Cow Hollow
Marina District
Noe Valley
Nob Hill
Pacific Heights
Presidio Heights
Richmond District
Russian Hill

Sunset District
South Beach
Telegraph Hill

It should also have a page for San Francisco Condos based on my site [Removed by [url removed, login to view] Admin]
and have sub pages for these condo communities, the same as is already on my site.
