We are seeking a partner for an ongoing, profitable business relationship. Established small business with revenue will manage all promotions and business development. Need committed entrepreneur capable of owning responsibility for the following on an ongoing basis for ongoing revenue share and percentage ownership.

1. PHP/MySQL subscription based consumer site development with multiple roles
2. Jobs, events, real estate, and talent classifieds functionality
3. Elegant modified blog-type functionality
4. Collaborative voting/filtering functionality for each blog entry
5. Robust back end admin control of subscribers roles and permissions
6. Subscriber profile self management
7. Multiple list subscriber email opt-in/out
8. Contextual ad serving
9. Highly responsible and able to meet quick deadlines and turnarounds
10. Exceptionally strong and elegant design skills and aesthetics
11. Strong understanding of technology and ability to deliver scalable, secure Web services.
12. Excellent and prompt communication abilities.
13. Strong entrepreneurial ambition and drive
14. Attention to detail in design, formatting, grammar
15. Willing to invest some time up front for ongoing residual income.
