I have a real estate website in the making. The design has already been created however, I just want a simple listing system developed for it with a few sorting features.I also need the coder to add a relevant admin system for me to add listings, remove listings and edit listings. I am just starting out so I cannot afford more then $80 for [url removed, login to view] work to be started immediately and I want the freelancer to have a good sense of design so he can fit in the listing nicely into my design.
The listing just follows in the rest of the front page.
It will be just one line for each apartment/property.
I want to have about 100 listings all on one page so I want the admin system to be reasonably user friendly n simple for me to use.I want my listings to be divided into good-deal rental and no-fee rental.
I would also like to have listID with which I can use to track a property easily.
Criteria I want to put in that one line is:
(Updated Date, Area (any of UWS, UES, MIDTOWN, MURRAY HILL, CHELSEA, FLAT IRON, GRAMERCY, WEST VILLAGE, VILLAGE, E. VILLAGE, SOHO, TRIBECA,
FINANCIAL DISTRICT, BATTERY PARK CITY), Rent, Rooms, Bedrooms, Baths, Availability)
When I click, I get the whole page for that property
A few pictures on the side or at the bottom
(some description in my words)
*Since my listings are just in one line, I want to have a sort-by function in a few specific ways.
