Site Speed Optimization for Joomla - Expert Needed

I'm looking for someone to help me make my Joomla site lighting fast, or as fast as it can possibly be.

Right now, the site is relatively fast, but I know that there is more that can be done to make it faster.

For this project, I do require that you be able to converse with me about the project using skype, to discuss what you will do and why. In addition I need to be able to see verifiable metrics improved either through [url removed, login to view] or [url removed, login to view]

To confirm, I am not looking for a consultant to tell me what needs to be done and then expect me to do all the work, I am looking for someone that is able to both consult on what needs to be done and then also do the actual work that they suggest.

One last requirement is that I need to have all work completed by the end of this month (September 2013). So after your evaluation, you will need to give me an estimate on what will be completed, and the time it will take to complete it before I agree to award you the project. A monetary bonus will be offered for those who exceed expectations on either quality or speed; we are a company that appreciates good work, and I assure you that will be reflected in the way we work with you.
