Project Description

The website to be developed is required to perform the following functions

- Present the user with 3 - 5 broadband plans & allow submission of details for sign up.
- Graphics to be tailored according to our existing logo color scheme.
- Allow the user to sign up for a broadband internet product
- The data capture for the sign up will be emailed to us for this version of the site.
- The data captured will be fairly simple (plan, name, phone, address)
- Allow the user to log a support ticket to be email to us.

These functions below will not be performed by the website but we want to work with
someone whom has experience in these areas as we may add these features
at a later date. Its also important to select the right platform to ensure we can add
these features later on. A lot of these items below will be done manually.

- We will add in the future a coverage check which will match the address to
see if the customer can get the service they have ordered before they place the order.
- We will add other types of plans, including mobile phone & landlines.
- If a customer wants to change a plan mid contract we will allow my account functionality via the site.
- Web store for modems, phones and handsets which has cart functionality & checkout.
- Billing of plans automatically for payment via credit card, PayPal & BPAY
- Automated usage warnings
- Automated provisioning via API link

For comparison I have listed a few sites I have seen on the net that might be a starting point for what we require.
