Hello bidders, I am a developer with too much work on my hands and would like to share it with others. If you are good on this job I might have more.

This is a site based on Joomla that will serve as portal for clients to register for outsourcing business services.

Clients will register in the portal and have a group of contacts (partners) they can use. These contacts are managed by the moderator of the site. The main goal of the site is to connect clients to partners using subscriptions controlled by a moderator. The moderator should only have front end access in this Joomla site. While super admins would have the full joomla access. The site is multilingual so everything that is written in english should be able to be overridden to another language.

There are 4 main players using the portal: Partners, Clients, Moderator and Super Admin:

Partners - have a profile and can access excel documents with market information ( moderator should be able to write notes about the partners without them seeing it). They advertise their services in the Portal. They can register to have their name and contact displayed at the directory that lists the companies (partners) to clients. This registration which is controlled by the moderator is renovated every x days.

Each partner can display different information using a paid subscription. They have a table of the registration info they have contracted like:

etc.

There should be an email ready to send by the moderator by accepting what advertising options the partner has created

Clients - they have a profile and contract services, they can request a budget for the following

services:

- companies directory

- commercial management

- sales management

- shopping management

- advertising

- campaigns

- merchandising

- marketing

- web design

There should be a management page for each client to know which services they are using and for the moderator to control it. The clients will always have the option to request more services and the moderator should be able to easily provide a budget for it as a default or personalized.

The client searches, in the directory, companies (partners) that will perform these services. Filter possibilities are local (region, town, neighbourhood) , activity, group and name. These are accessible by the frontpage on a map already divided in different regions.

The work should start by the graphical interface as we need to discuss further details with the client of this project.
