PURPOSE OF PROGRAM
I am looking to have built a visitor/employee management program. I am interested in using it internally for my company, as well as licensing various versions of it as SaaS. This program could be used in a number of environments:
• For a single company for a single office
• For a single company with multiple offices (authorized individuals in one office may/may not be authorized in another)
• Multi-tenant office building / apartment buildings (that share a single lobby entrance, ie, multiple companies with a "single office").
Furthermore, this has application in offices, residential buildings, schools, hospitals, membership clubs, etc. As I am sure you can see, all of these systems are essentially the same and mainly just vary in the terms they use for the "user classes. (eg, "employee's" and "visitor's" just really vary in how long they can enter, employees being "permanent" visitors, and where they have permission to go. Similarly, residents of a apartment have a permanent permission to enter, as do the guests on their "permanent list", at least until they move out of the apartment (or, in the case of employees, are fired).
