Web Designer needed for an Arabic website and forum ( you should take care that you will deal with Arabic contents in the website )

Hello there, Please, read my message carefully, before getting back to me. - Feel free to ask for any explanations about any part or section in my message- I have a new “website” and “forum”, with the name: “[login to view URL]”, which I need you to make a new style for it, after renaming it to “[login to view URL]”. because, the current name is not suitable. What is needed from you to do with the website: 1- Creating a new and professional style for the website, after renaming it to “[login to view URL]”. 2- Designing an original logo for the website, without imitating the famous logos. 3- Creating a professional style for the Lo-Fi Version (designed for mobile phones). 4- Replacing the old name of the website with the new one in all places in the website, as well as in the messages being sent to the members, and the name existed in all the photos and logos in the website. 5- Running the new styles of the two versions of the website, the complete one, and the Lo-Fi Version (designed for mobile phones). 6- Editing the fonts in the website, as it is varied and different from a text to another, and some texts are not clear, so that you should edit fonts for all the texts (Such as the latest offers, the latest applications and inquiries). 7- There should be an icon on the website to direct the users to the forum. General conditions: 1- The new style should not affect the performance of the website. 2- The new style should be suited for all the basic browsers, such as Firefox, Internet Explorer, Google Chrome, Safari for IPhone, and Dolphin for Galaxy. 3- Fonts should be clear and compatible with the browsers. 4- Preferred colors are: white, blue with its different degrees. 5- It should be possible to add ads in the header and footer on the website without any problems (Note that, the website already has a Control Panel for controlling ads in Header and Footer). But there is a problem, which is that when we try to add more than one ad in the header, things going to be messing up. Conditions for the forum style: 1- Here is a design, which I need you to create something close to it, such as the dimensions of the tables, fonts, and colors: “ADSLGATE” (this is to give you an idea, please don’t take the design as it is, because this is unacceptable). 2- The new style should be suited for all the basic browsers, such as Firefox, Internet Explorer, Google Chrome, Safari for IPhone, and Dolphin for Galaxy. 3- Fonts on the website should be clear and compatible with the browsers. 4- Installing a control panel for ads in the forum. 5- Creating a connection icon between the website and the forum, to be found in the top of the forum. Very important note: the members database for the website and the forum is the same (i.e: when you are registering on the website, you will be a member in the forum directly).
