Project Description

First of all, budget is just there. You can bid higher than budget, but of course I will consider lower bid with the knowledge to complete 100% for this site. Please read thru before consider bidding. Thanks!
This is a complex website, I'm looking to develop a website with ALL features of [url removed, login to view] plus my own features
First of all, you can go there create an account for free and see how it works (test all features)
-There are 3 group of users that work differently (user, vendor, affiliate)
-Vendors can create listings of items
-User can bid on items by liking the item thru facebook usually coupon unlock at certain amount of bids
-User with most refer win the main price beside coupon.
-Website must auto track all likes bid and the user that refer the most likes. When someone like an item, a popup will ask if that user want to become a referrer just like how it works on [url removed, login to view]
-Date countdown. Email auto release coupon when the number of like preset by vendor is reached
(You will need to be a trial vendor to post an item to learn how it work and develop it)
-There are 3 packages for vendors (I would like to start by letting everyone post item free and charge packages later)
-Site must be secured
-Need tweeter and facebook fan page for main site as well as blog page.
-Search option
-Categories
-Must have functioning affiliate and tracking abilities.
-Admin has to approve or set auto approve for listings from vendor. Admin can delete bad listing (mainly for vendor who break term of agreements..etc)
I will not accept a half working site so if you don't know how to develop such site please don't bid. Milestone will be 100% completion of site. I'm tired of unskill developer try to implement all the easy parts such as logo, graphics...and charge 50% milestone and then leave. I would rather not have started this than having to find another developer to finish someone's work, so if you can't agree on 100% milestone don't bid.

The main different here is the vendor package part. They have 3 packages, while I would like to start with letting every vendor post up to 10 free listing / month. Once site gets good traffic there will be 5 packages to sign up and at that time no more free posting only free trial 15 days or a month (haven't decided)
