The name and description of the company will be given when the partner will be choosen.

The proposal should be done as soon as possible. We will decide on the partners by the end of April, so the work can begin by the beginning of May. You can bid for the entire project or for only one part of the project. If so, you need to specify which part of the project is concerned by your bid. No automatic response will be taken into account. As we are spending time to give you a lot of elements for your bid, we will please you to do the same. References that match with our requirements would make the difference.


The goal of the website concerned is to have a visibility on the internet and sell unmaterials products. There are both informative and selling purposes. We also want to generate leads and give advices to our clients and prospects.

The site will be multilingual (two language, and a possibility for a third in the future).

The site should be live by the end of June, so we can have a test period of two month and should be 100% operational by the end of August.


Our company will give you the content and the structure. Every step will need to be reviewed and confirmed by us. We will also provide drafts of what we need in general for layouts and graphic elements that we already have.

Your role :

You will do the graphic design, and realize the technical part. You will take into account our delays. You will propose a planning according to our needs.


The site will have around 80 or 90 pages based on 7 different layouts. A “my account” section will also be present. Around 5 pages will need flash animations. A chat will be present on the site and only open when our offices are open. The site will be in two languages, maybe 3 in the future.

We also have a database with our clients. We want to migrate this database to a solution that can allow to manage our clients in the database and give access to these information for clients in the “my account” section. We should also be able to store some documents to specific clients so they can access it directly by login in the account.


We will have a homepage, 7 subsections, and 1 additional sections for newsletters and a magazine.

Most of the pages will be in HTML. One of the subjection (my account) will require a database and dynamic languages. Some flash animations will be required for around 5 pages as mentioned above.

We will have a link between a database and our “my account section”. The required programming skills to do this kind of work are mandatory. We will also have some contact forms, and probably some quizz. We should ba able to manage our news. We should also be able to change the content and the background of the site. Wordpress or Joomla is allowed (or whatever solutions as it match with requirements). A proposal should be given for the way to link the database with the site (software + method). A proposal should also be given for the online order and payment. The site will be located in Russia and people from all over the world will ba able to order.

You will explain us what language you will use, and how.

In a first step, we will review the layout and a first basic version of the site.

We will take the hosting and domain name by ourselves.
