Project Description

I want to build a site similar to [url removed, login to view] , but with a small twist. I want to make every contractor or freelancer who uses our site to have to pass a background check prior to placing their business, or individual, profile and information on the Verified Professionals page

The site would be a subscription based platform with all the features as angieslist. I would want a monthly, 3
Month, 6 month, and 1 year option with the ability to have a promotion codes of 10%, 25%, 50% , 75% 100% for marketing purposes.
The Big difference with us and angieslist is that we will actually do a background check, or a verification with our staff prior to adding any professionals to the list.

We require this information in order to join the B Verified List:

For Contractors- License, bond, insurance, & 1reference of past related work

For Online Freelancers- Freelancer, odesk,Elance, guru, or similar profile, and 2 past work references that we can verify

The sign up/register page should be Like this page I made

Every professional in USA- doctor, painter, plumber, contractor, etc must have a license and bond issued from the state they work in if they want to conduct business.

We charge $40 a month and have a 1 time $20 fee for the background and verification check. ( this is mandatory in order to be a BidsList Verified Provider)

I would also want to still offer featured memberships-( make their name BOLD on the Verified Provider page.)

For any projects that get posted, we will send the service seeker a list of verified professionals who are capable of bidding on there project. This would be based on location and service type.

I would like the platform to work with my salesforce account so I can have list set up for Emails, verified status, all contractor information so we can filter by city, state, and provider type.

Once a provider pays and is approved, then We will list their name, business, address, URL, and have a link to their profile that contains all information provided on the Background/verification check. Such as: License, Bond, social media links, website, description, portfolio, and references

For service seekers they are be able to make a basic free profile and list projects on the BidsList new projects page. BidsList will not have any bids on the site but allow the project seeker to give any information about the project on a project list page. It should be a blog forum type page where people can discuss the project, and ask questions.

I want providers to be able to post projects if needed as well as be able to discuss in the blog/forum .

Example:1- So like if a freelancer needs a Wordpress expert then they can post a message on the project list that says need a WP expert. Here is my Skype info:

Example:2- Or if a general contractor needs sub contractors for painting they can post their project and list their needs.

I cannot have an escrow account.

I would like to have the ability to register, or start the registration process with Facebook, twitter, and linked in, yahoo, google

I would need to have paypal, as well as another payment gateways API installed.

I need the user interface to be clean and make sure that I have our recent "featured on" news logos on the front landing page:

I'm open to any type of website from PHP to word press. I would prefer word press if possible.

I want to make sure to remove all my old files once this site is tested and ready to go live. Would need my google analytic code and all other robots and mets tags/keywords on the pages. (I can do it myself in word press)

Ping me with any questions
