Website for sandwiches.

Basicly what i think i need done is around 5-6 tabs and an admin panel, i should be able to put text and pictures in all the different tabs from admin panel, thats about it. - It sounds pretty simple to me.. I got a .pdf file and a .eps file, containing our logo, the logo should be used as a header, also the colors from the logo should be the colors "on" the website.
In my head the website should be like this:

"Home"
Frontpage
- When does the shop have opened / closed.
- Phone number
- Just some basic info really.
- I would also like maybe a countdown maybe made with some fancy graphic IF possible, the countdown should tell if the store is opened or closed and should be as follows:
Lets say the time is 3.43 PM - Our shop will close 7.00 PM, now this graphic / countdown should say: We are OPEN ( the word 'OPEN' in green maybe? ) we will close in 3 hours and 17 mins, and then each minute this timer should change ofc.
Lets say the time is 5.26 AM - Our shop will open 10.00 AM, now this graphic / countdown should say: We are CLOSED ( the word 'CLOSED' in red maybe? ) we will open in 4 hours and 34 mins, and then each minute this timer should change ofc.
Since we have different opening times on different days, it would be required that we are able to change the opening times on each day of the week ourself from admin panel, and the text shown in the countdown.
"About us"
- A place where we can write about our selfs
"Event"
- A place where we can write about different giveaways / tournaments / competitions.
"Menu Card / Prices"
- Should open up a .pdf file when you press here.
"About The Food" ( This wont be the name on the tab, but just so you get an idea of it )
- A place where we can write some "story" about what kind of food we use, like we get our breads from the local baker, our vegetables is cut by Japanese ninja's, or whatever we want to write here.
"Contact Us"
- A place where we can write things like, address, phone number, email, and whatever info needed for people to contact us.
"Admin Panel"
- Login form ofc. - Just simple user/pass
What i think the admin panel should be able to:
- Change the name of the different Tabs ( Not that important if it can be changed from the .php files, but would be a big plus. )
- Change the text / context in all the Tabs
- Make / Delete / Edit an admin account ( Permissions and stuff is not needed here, because those with admin accounts is trusted )
- Able to change the opening times on all the different days of the week for the timer on frontpage.
