Woocommerce Delivery Date

Hi, We have a woocommerce website. We are using Bazar theme from themeforest. What I need is to: Adding a delivery date calendar for the customer so while checking out they can choose the date that they want their product to be delivered. We are willing to use this plugin: [login to view URL] But some changes: Delivery Calendar should be moved to the very last page of checking out (Order Review page). Also I want to calendar look bigger (this plugin use jquery datepicker) I also need the plugin a way that when someone chooses Saturdays, automatically additional $35 be added to the cart total amount. I don't want you to make a field for this new feature in the backend. If you make it through some codes I can modify the codes later myself ( for example changing the price of delivering on saturdays). Thanks,
