Wordpress Site & Future Projects

A Wordpress website for a local car storage business. The website must (1) outperform the competitors' websites in both looks and function, (2) be SEO friendly with more than Wordpress' native SEO features if possible, (3) flexible with widget positions, (4) user friendly on the backend, and (5) consistent with shopping cart solutions (WooTheme and others) to offer online registration for car storage services. The registration feature is optional for this project and can be implemented at a later time under another project if it delays the project and increases its cost.

Bidder must speak english fluently, be available for chats on Skype, and promptly respond to emails. We're looking for a long-term business relation and want to work with someone who can take future projects. We have several clients and want someone who can possibly become our go-to website developer for future projects.

Feel free to take existing templates and make the modifications needed for the current project, of course given you have the right to make such modifications on the original template. [url removed, login to view] templates offer a good example of polished, flexible, and SEO friendly themes in the market. But whether you modify or build a theme from the bottom-up, our priority is quality work. Most our website projects are Wordpress websites. But occasionally, we have the need for a Joomla website, although not very often. Having some experience with Joomla can help with future projects.
