Theme Change

Need to convert the current site theme to woothemes function template (already purchased)

-Currently site has too many plugins, and many of these are conflicting with each other. I need you to eliminate any unnecessary or unused plugins. You will notify me of all plugin suggestions for my approval before you proceed

-As many as possible of the current plugins should be replaced by native woothemes plugins (like wooslider instead of the current slider plugin) and plugins should be replaced by native theme features whenever possible

-You will make sure all themes and plugins are updated, functioning and looking proper

-Many of the plugins will stop working or look different in appearance when trying to update in the site's current status... so make sure you are thorough in checking these

-If you recommend any plugins that cost money, we are glad to purchase these

Hosting and Stage Server:

-Site is currently hosted on wpengine. I will provide access to the site, stage site, hosting, and FTP

-You will first create the site on the stage server, and get approval before you make the same pages to the live website

-You will make sure no new content (posts, images, sliders, podcasts, downloads, products etc) is overwritten on the live site when you transfer your changes from the stage server to the live website

-Some current plugins enable podcasts, downloads, video, ecommerce/wocommerce etc

Home Page

-Mirror current site as much as possible in layout, however, try to alter current theme as little as possible. See the current stage site home page for an acceptable layout for the site

-Please note how many of the features on the home page dynamically update and match this functionality

Devotional | Recent Broadcasts | Events & Offers

More Devotionals button | More Broadcasts button | Social Media (Twitter Feed)

1. So I would like to move the "Latest Blog Post" feed section to the upper left just below the marquee and run it vertically, relabeling it "Devotional" (3 devotionals showing on home page)

2. To the right of this I would like to move the "Sermon" feed section and run it vertically as well renaming it to "Recent Broadcasts" (3 most recent broadcasts showing on home page)

3. To the right of the new "Sermon" feed section can we put the "Events & Offers" feed? (All current offers showing)

4. Maybe under this section we can move the buttons that are currently under the "What We Do" section to take them to the full devotional feed and the full radio broadcast feed

-I used a couple of other radio ministry sites to get some basic ideas of layout when we first started. I couldn't incorporate everything I wanted, but here's a couple I was looking at

I would like to get an email sign up right on the home page as well as a Facebook like and Twitter follow so it's easy for people to add us

Other Pages:

-Please make sure other pages are matched in look, feel, and functionality

-Many of the current plugins have caused some of the pages to look weird, please make sure all of the pages maintain a similar look and feel inside of the new template

6. Overall Rules-

-All of your changes should be done in a way so that they survive updates to plugins and themes in the future

-Function theme is responsive, all of your changes must render well in the responsive format on mobile phones and tablets

-Please use current style, logos, buttons, and colors as much as possible

-No partial payments for partial work
