I am working for a financial industry with over 3000 staff. We would like to build an intranet knowledge center , whereby , front line staff will have quick access to products knowledge , guidelines , how to sell , new think to learn or any messages that will come directly from the head office to each employee. Staff who using this application when meeting with the customer , in case he asks , the easy friendly access to information will be his first choice. What we are facing know , is that new staff will rely on old one to answer such simple question , the answer might not be standard each time and our customer will feel that staff are more professional if they use these tool. The projects require transferring pdf files, roles , government regulations to this web based center. A simple search from the staff should be quick and easy to give answer and some tips. The project will be both in Arabic and English.
