Project Description

I want this site to be in Persian (Farsi) language. it's a right to left language just like Arabic.
Perhaps I'm not asking exactly to be the same because I know Reddit has a lot of complicated features, but still I want users to be able to:

- register and get a username/pass
- post content in different sections (Sub-reddits)
- create Sub-reddits
- vote on other people's posts
- send messages to each other (privately)
- comment on posts
- get karma for both their links and comments (two different karma's)
- chose their own favourite sub-reddits and after login, only be able to see their chosen subreddits (if one user is not interested in posts from politic section, he does not add politics to his favourites and thus he does not see them in his front page.
- each user has limited ability to post/vote/comment.
- The more a user gains karma, he can posts/vote and comment. (I want users not to be able to wander around and post post post ... ) so a new user begins with a 0 karma and something called 100 Energy. at first he can only do a limited number of posts/votes/comments (I will explain in details later to you) but as his karma increases, his Energy increases with it and therefore he can be more active in the site.
- the admin of the site can ban users from : [url removed, login to view] [url removed, login to view] [url removed, login to view] .... But they still can vote always as long their account is not deleted.
maybe I want a few other detailed characteristics which I will explain along the way, but I just want to have an extimate of how much this project may cost.

I prefer the look of the site to be a little more simple and plain than reddit. As you know reddit seems to complicated/boring (full of text) for a beginner.
